Wyndham Lodge

Complete refurbishment and conversion of the Grade II listed former hospital into nine luxury apartments. (The existing dilapidated structure was taken back to bare brickwork throughout.
Works included the refurbishment of the external stonework in its entirety, new roof structure, new windows and complete internal remodelling to form the apartments complete with main communal lobby and main timber staircase.
External hard and soft landscaping works.
This project gained us the LABC Building Excellence Award for the East Midlands 2019.
